Production /
System Assembling

Assembly operations

  • Assembly of purely mechanical components
  • Assembly of modules with electronic components (ESD environment)
  • Assembly of components in the clean room

On an assembly area of more than 700 sqm – divided into the corresponding areas – we have the possibility to take over the further processing of the manufactured parts from
ready-to-install assemblies to complete apparatus and devices with a smaller proportion of electrical and electronic components. The batch sizes vary from individual productions (prototypes) to large series.

Quality assurance

We check all assemblies manufactured by us according to the customer’s specific requirements. As a general rule, the test equipment is supplied and also calibrated by the customer. We also manufacture or procure assembly, setting and testing gages as well as test stations as required and in consultation with the customer. The results are documented or archived accordingly.

Dispositon

With our SAP-supported logistics we take over the procurement and disposition of all articles. The disposition as well as the change management at our suppliers is also organized and managed by us. Due to the optimal infrastructure we can offer efficient assembly processes with short lead times. Best conditions for an attractive price-performance ratio.

Skilled employee

Our staff consists of trained specialists and semi-skilled employees. The product-specific training takes place directly at the customer’s premises or is organised and carried out by us on our own premises. The assembly takes place according to the customer’s specifications and regulations. On request, we will prepare the work instructions.

We offer the solution

Thanks to our wide range of experience in the fields of medical technology, the semiconductor industry, welding technology, surface testing equipment and much more, we are always able to offer an optimal solution for the most diverse requirements. In many projects, we have already been able to contribute our ideas to the successful completion of prototypes.
