Modern machinery

• In the milling department we have a modern machine park at our disposal. Together with our qualified employees, this enables us to manufacture small to large quantities economically.
• With the horizontal 4-axis machines, which are always connected to a pallet storage system, we can react very flexibly to the different requirements.
• We manufacture complex parts on our 5-axis milling machines with the help of a 6-axis robot even in large quantities.
• For vertical 3-axis manufacturing of small series and prototypes our machinery is designed up to a size of 1200x 900x500mm.
• We use a wire eroding machine with a maximum travel range of 600x 400x 260mm for serial parts.

Programming

• Our machines are programmed using Mastercam (CAD/CAM system), which reduces downtime on the processing machines.
• The programs are created on the computer using 3D modules and drawing data.
