Polymechanic – apprenticeship

Every year, 4 apprentices are given the opportunity at Rau AG to be trained as polymechanics at the highest level. We are proud of the fact that we have the most modern machines and resources available in the machine environment. With targeted training on state-of-the-art machines, we ensure the next generation for our various departments.
Duration of apprenticeship: 4 years

Apprentice are integrated early in production

The company’s own training is practice-oriented and is based on the requirements of the industry. It is important to Rau AG to always keep up with the most modern production techniques, to develop new ideas and thus to be able to guarantee our strengths such as precision, adherence to delivery dates, problem solutions and price policy.

Apprenticeship in logistics

We also attach great importance to modern and targeted training for young people in logistics. This may be in the raw material warehouse – with the supply of the individual departments – or at the semi-finished and finished product manufacturers. This includes, for example, storage via SAP, domestic and international transport, suitability for the preparation of export documents, and much more.
